Here are some random thoughts from my time in Sevilla:

  1. It gets cold when it rains.  And rain is not your computer’s friend.
  2. There  are cats everywhere.  And I really should stop feeding them.
  3. You can kayak and boat on the river.  But you cannot swim.
  4. There are horses everywhere.  And they have special little signs.
  5. Motos are out to get you.  And it’s fun to cut them off on a bike, although I don’t suggest it for your health.
  6. Food is absolutely essential.  And rules of refridgeration and preservation differ with the culture.  (Of course you don’t need to refridgerate that.  Just let it sit out for a while; helps the taste.)
  7. Sevilla is full of beautiful architecture and greenery.  And it’s usually too damn hot or wet to enjoy it.

WOW, look at all thing things that you know, not because someone has told you about it, but because you have LIVED it. Walk away with lots of memories, and by the sound of it you have you lots of memories of your days in SPAIN. Remember NO PAIN no GAIN. Enjoy and have FUN.

You have a very good point, Tia. Without having the experiences themselves I wouldn’t really understand just how ridiculous some of these are. I am so very greatful that I was able to have the chance to come here to Spain and spend the year, despite the difficulties and stress that needed to be overcome to truly enjoy it.

I definitely agree with the first one – nevermind the computer, the rain doesn’t agree with me.
